Descrição

Dumping, squatting, blocking public sidewalks or setting fires on the street. Tell me when is this going to be cleaned up. What violation do you wish to use? See the BBQ with logs nearby and ashes next to it. How is this not a hazard? It's just a matter of time before there is an out of control fire, again.

There is a sit, lie law, which Oakland refuses to enforce. Blocking public sidewalks, Oakland refuses to enforce. Illegal dumping, Oakland refuses to enforce, setting fires, Oakland just doesn't get it
