We have reported this to the Raleigh Police Department. They will make a contact and ask the squatters to move on.

I read my post and it scrubbed it because I used a word that it thought was profanity but isn't. They "blocked" the river, like a beaver does. Beavers build d-a-m-s. it has effected the watershed all the way up to Shelley Lake. Could just be adults from the nearby apartment complex drinking down by the river, it is a mess.
