They are there, always have been and that wont change until the City cleans up US1 from the circle to Sheridan

I still see them on a daily basis. The Hess station parking lot on Federal & Harding seems to get alot of activity. Police should monitor here. When I saw activity in a car there, I called the police and they never showed up.
HPD, please help us here as I own a home here and find used condoms in my alley way behind my house on Harding Street.
