Electric charging stations are supposed to be used solely for charging. Once charging is complete, the vehicle should be moved - part of the EV community. This car has been here for almost an hour & its charge light is blue (fully charged). Plus the city has its own set of charging stations not available to the public. Would you park in front of a gas pump for hours?
