  Dear OAK 311 - you should just send someone to this "park". There are no sidewalks. There are tents for homeless people and some dirt paths, and usually a fair amount of trash and the items mentioned above throughout the park, by the trash cans, on the dirt path, and on the benches near the estuary

  The items are all in a public park along the walkway. They are very visible.... so if a city employee was sent to the park, they would immediately see the problems.
