Over growth on curb and gutters the whole length of Leesville Rd. from Westgate to Strickland (both sides of the road.) Plants are growing out dirt /pine straw. Water doesn't drain down gutter to storm drain but down the road. Worried about ice during the winter and is an eye-sore since they were installed and not kept up with properly.
