What happened to the GoNewHaven app? It no longer works, even after I re-installed it and hasn't worked for weeks.

The app still doesn't work? This issue was originally reported on October 30th (25 days ago). Here's some info from our TT&P Department on November 4th.

"The Go New Haven parking payment app is not currently operating with the recent Apple update, however the other mobile payment option of Park Mobile (https://parkmobile.io/) is currently operational. We are working with our partners at Passport Parking, the creator of the Go New Haven app, to rectify this issue, however in the interim please utilize Park Mobile for online meter payment, or coins, credit cards, or scratch-off vouchers which can be purchased in the office of Accounts Receivable on the first floor of City Hall at 165 Church St."

To everyone who utilizes the GoNewHaven app, please try the following workaround:
1. Uninstall the app, restart your phone, and then reinstall the app.
2. Allow notifications and Bluetooth (both must be allowed in order for the app to work for the time being)
