Yes, the issue is that recently i noticed they are more actively walking into backyards and on private property. Were having issue with one specific person coming onto our driveway trying to get attention from someone next door. She was asked multiple times to go on their driveway or to their front door only to return all hours of day and night screaming. I watched a policeman disperse a group who were smoking glass pipe in front of erector square under their coat while one of them was rolling around the ground ripping stuff out of her bag and throwing it all over the ground. I tried calling the police only to be immediately forwarded to a full mailbox. They move quickly so even when caught they immediately run away. It takes police an hour or so to responds to none emergency calls, they would be long gone, back out next day hanging out on corner of Ferry / Peck.

Unfortunately the police are under staffed in the Fair Haven area. They have been asking for more officers and getting a big fat NO.
