Yes - this is bad for those with mobility impairments as well. Recent attempt to get around this on knee scooter required going in the street. Haul the toilet up into the yard, or park it in the street but dont block the ADA-required sidewalk, please.

That's horrible, Ben! I was lucky that an oncoming pick up stopped and let me get around the truck safely before moving again, during my run. I thought the sidewalk blockage was abhorrent and can't even imagine with a knee scooter. They should put that toilet in the garage!
