Can this traffic signal be programmed to include an automatic walk signal in every cycle? This is important for the many people in Beaver Hills who observe the sabbath and therefore for religious reasons cannot operate the walk signal request button. This then becomes a public safety concern for many families and especially those with small children.

This walk signal was automatic for much of spring and summer 2020 in response to our requests in the Beaver Hills community. I'm not sure why it has since reverted back to requiring a button push.

There are other intersections in our neighborhood where the lights have automatic walk signals, such as at the Goffe and Crescent intersection, so I think this is a very reasonable request. I know it is feasible because it has been done before.

Crescent St & Ellsworth Ave New Haven, CT, 06511, USA - Newhallville
The street sign for Ellsworth Ave at this intersection is very worn out and faded. Visitors have noted that it is unreadable at night since it is no longer reflective. I am also occasionally asked by random drivers when outside at night what street this is... can the sign be replaced?

Can painted dashed lines be added to this intersection to guide vehicles turning left from York onto Broadway?
There are two left turn lanes here (far left and middle lanes) and there are frequently near collisions because when vehicles turning from the far left lane enter the the intersection they often cross over and enter the right lane on Broadway. This leaves any cars turning left onto Broadway from the middle lane nowhere to go and forcing them to stop suddenly in the middle of intersection to avoid a collision. Some painted dashed lines would be very helpful for improving the safety of this intersection.
