Alley entrance is over twice as wide as alley, which encourages cars to speed and take the turn too quickly.

In the south bound lane of 11th St nw just beyond the line where cars stop for the light where Vermont traffic enters from the left/nw, there is a pothole and poorly laid asphalt that are both unsafe for bicycles to go over, which forces them suddenly to the left of the lane of they don't know the pothole is there. Unsafe.

The pedestrian walk signals on 11th St nw north bound are not timed to match the light cycle. The counter starts to high and then jumps from apprx. 15 seconds to the second, which is dangerous for slow pedestrians who enter with 15 seconds only to have the light for crossing traffic turn green six seconds later.

On the south east corner of euclid and 11th St nw, the pedestrian cross walk signal visible to those traveling south on 11th is broken. The stop vs walk signal will accurately display and match the southwest corner, but the timer counts down to zero approximately 15 seconds early, but then keeps a walk signal after reaching zero.

Like like someone knocked the globe and fixture down. Please replace with something that has a cap and only shines down so it stops causing so much light pollution.

This intersection is dangerous and needs a stop sign on Kansas Ave. Cars on Kansas speed to make the light, never stop for pedestrians, and neither Kansas nor Quincy drivers can see each other because of the parked cars.

The pedestrian cross walk signal is out. On the southeast corner of 13 and Eye sts for walkers going east across 13 on the south side of the intersection.

Abandoned and partially disassembled bicycle should be tagged and removed. Has been here for weeks.
