I have reported this issue to public works before and they told me this is a "home owners problem". Every time it rains all the run off from I-65 and the alley next to me piles up in my yard. Last night it got up to 8-inches. I now have video for the streaming water from both the alley and I-65. The city needs to put proper drainage in place.
