This is a big traffic back up. The light at Lake and Main in Village states right turn only between 10 pm and 6am. It should be allowed all the time. Traffic backs up every day during the normal drive hours of 7am till 6pm and especially if a train is coming through it holds up the traffic even more. What is the big deal that we cannot turn on red during the day?? Its not like a huge major busy intersection. But it ends up being that way since we are not allowed to turn on red. Please fix!!
