Thank you for submitting your concern information. The Fire Department staff will review the issue and respond within 1 business day. Administrative hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If we need further information we will contact you via email by posting on your SeeClickFix Issue. If this is an emergency, please call 911.
In order for the Fire Department to address an open burning complaint we have to be called to respond over to the address as the offense is occuring . Please call 911 to report the issue when it is occuring and we will respond to @#$% the situation and if there is a violation of the City's Burning Ordience we can address it at that time.
