Description

During heavy rains, water backs up into my basement through a drain line connected to the street. The toilets overflow as well. There are possibly tree roots or some other obstacles causing the clog/blockage from the street. I have had a plumber inspect the lines running into the building. The lines inside the building are clear and therefore, the issue is arising from the drain in the street(s).
