This property has been added to the demolition list after we noticed structural damages, dilapidation, protective treatment issues, etc.
The Building dept will make a complete investigation about this property to proceed with the legal process for the demolition list after we gather all the evidence to consider it unsafe for occupancy / defined as a public nuisance for continued (long-term) vacancy
