The traffic light timing @ 8:30 AM on east bound 59 between Groesbeck and Gratiot Needs to be changed. The cars leave the light at Groesbeck get to 50 mph only to sit at the red light at Gratiot. What a waist of our precious FUEL. I get many nasty looks for doing 35 mph but they are all sitting at the red light when I get there at Gratiot.
