not a bulk & brush issue

My address is 1615 Hanover Ave. and the car in question is a grey 2010 Prius.
The plow came by AGAIN yesterday and reinforced the snow pile which is now ICE. Please!!! I need to get my car out!

This request has been received and submitted to the City agencies for review and appropriate action.

Butch, your best city worker, is working to get my car out. But my car is sitting 1/2 way in the street while we're waiting for the ice to melt under the front tires.
