New owners of house have destroyed the alley behind 2826 Garland Ave by bringing in dumpsters and heavy equipment while renovating. There are huge potholes near the end of the alley as it exits onto W Essex. There's also many other growing holes throughout the entire alley. It's in desperate need of grading and gravel.
