The road connecting Vista @ S.Dakota Ave.NE is so bad it's like driving on a rocky, W.Va. country dirt road. A total embarrassment for DC residents to experience. This road (Vista & Franklin) is used by MANY vehicles as a short cut from R.I.Ave. to S.Dakota. It must have at least 100 patched potholes.
