The grey Nissan in the attached photo, liscense plate WST-9917 has been parked on Madison street since late November 2018 and has not moved. The vehicle is parked diagonally in the street and impair views when exiting the adjacent alley. I suspect the vehicle has been abandoned by the owner as no activity has been observed in over 2 months. The city should place a notice on the the vehicle and routinely check to see if it has moved. In the event it does not the vehicle should be towed.
