Opis
The back yard of this house is deplorable and visible. The front is
equally bad but there is mold and standing water (and mosquitos) in the back. There are rodents breeding in the overgrowth. Trash is dumped in the overgrowth. Neighbors have complained of becoming ill when managing their own gardens. It smells of feces. Neighbors have expressed concern over the safety of their pets if they report the issue.

Wow - need to report to Police, Building Safety Dept and Sheriff's office. You can report anonymously - so fearing for your pet should not stop you!
