This picture was taken a year ago. Since then nothing has changed. The people living in this trailer have many many cats. They also have dogs. The animals are not taken care of. The people living here are violent. The people living here are dumping trash into the adjacent property. These vehicles have been tagged many times, but the city has done nothing to tow them away. What can we as neighbors do to make sure that these people move out of the neighborhood?
