Exiting Marriot Drive at the intersection of Elm Hill Pike is a large bump or roll in the pavement that is a driving hazard and needs to be repaired. A lot of people work in the office buildings and hotel on Marriott Drive.
Public Works (presumably) dumped some loose tar-and-gravel into the depressions a month or two ago, but that's all washed out of the "patches" and it's worse than ever, now.

This is a very dangerous situation. I through this intersection every day when leaving my office. Not only is there a pothole, but the pavement is buckled, which makes the intersection very dangerous. I'm surprised there hasn't been an accident or a blownout tire.
When I cross this intersection in the middle lane making a left hand turn with my truck it practically bounces me into the other lane. It is also dangerous because vehicles now line up in the far left lane through the intersection and then push right to get on to Briley Parkway.
