    The intersection of Dugan and MacArthur the west side is 3/4 farmland with a hedge row on the edge of the street and the weeds have gotten very tall. This is in the right of way and line. The grass is tall and cause issues with animals. Southwest HOA president believes this easement is city owned and needs to be mowed.

    There appears to be no working light posts down Cibolo Drive or down mile 22 1/2 and at night it gets very dark. There are plenty of electrical posts for potential of light posts but there has never been an opportunity to report this. There is a school near by ,Carmen Avila, so this is also important for the children who may stay late for after school programs.

    The new road construction on Sheldon is great, but they didn’t paint on lines at the four way stop so there have been multiple incidents of people running the four way stop because the stop signs are partially covered by trees. There also is no crosswalk to cross Taylor Ave on Sheldon, so multiple people are running into the road during traffic hours to cross with dogs, strollers, etc.
