Re: bus shelter and seating for those waiting for buses. How would drivers in their heated cars with heated car seats, like to stand outside in the cold for twenty minutes or more with a child/children,groceries or large packages or a disability which makes it impossible to stand without leaning?
The city has "acknowledged the problem". What exactly does that mean? Are any plans in the works at the present time??

Providing a pole number and/or a more precise location is important. Once your issue is submitted, the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Department will acknowledge the issue and create a maintenance/repair work order.
