Tons of trash, human waste on sidewalk, in bushes and water bottles of urine. Heroin needles. People living in their RVs and dumping trash and human waste every day. There are heroin needles on the sidewalk where people commute to work in the dark. The city will be held responsible if someone steps on one and contracts a disease
